A nonrefundable deposit is required to book services. This deposit is half cost of service bill. We highly suggest scheduling a walk-through to receive proper quoting for your cleaning needs.
Payments
Please understand we do not do excessive scrubbing to any surfaces in home to avoid damages. We lightly scrub/wipe all surfaces and walls. We ask that you pull out any furniture and declutter areas needing cleans. (we do not move furniture nor declutter areas, unless a declutter is booked). If we are not able to reach an area for cleaning we will let you know and move on.
What To Expect
We do offer deeper cleans for your needs, However we do not guarantee complete removal of all dirt, grime, or grease build up. We use proper cleaning tools to remove as much grime as possible without causing damages. If your home has excessive dirt & grime build up we ask that you be honest an provide us with a notice so you are not charged any additional fees.

We understand life happens. We ask for a 24hr notice to avoid any inconveniences. Your appointment will be canceled and we will work to reschedule for a later date.
